Winter receptions and other employer hosted events are a great way to learn more about different employers, practice areas, show a commitment to a particular geographic location and most importantly, make strong professional connections in advance of both 1L and 2L recruiting.
Employer events can be found by logging into Symplicity and navigating to Events or by clicking HERE (updated on a rolling basis). If the employer event requires an RSVP, make sure you RSVP before the deadline. Think broadly about your career goals. Take advantage of these opportunities to expand your network.
