*The Early OCI Session is just that, early. In fact, it’s very early. We are offering an Early OCI Session because employers are increasingly interviewing, offering, and filling their classes before the traditional end-of-the-summer OCI sessions, and we want WashULaw students to have every opportunity.

By participating in our Early OCI Session, you may receive an offer with a decision deadline before you know the interview selection or interview results for other OCI sessions. As a result, you may be forced to make a decision without knowing if it will be your only offer, your best offer, or just one of many. This issue is not unique to Early OCI. No student will ever be in a position to make a decision knowing the decision of every employer to which they have applies.

If you choose not to participate in Early OCI, employers participating in Early OCI may return again to participate in our end-of-July OCI Session 1. However, in the past, we have found that many (if not most) employers who participate in Early OCI fill their classes before the end-of-July OCI Session 1.

Stay tuned for a list of previously WashULaw attended summer job fairs! Want to know more? Join Tanya virtually Wednesday, May 17th for Pre-OCI: Before You Bid. It is expected, that all students participating in formal interview programs attend this virtual info session.
