Students interested in submitting applications to the U.S. Tax Court’s Law Clerk Interview Days may apply online at the Court’s website. August 2-August 9th students can direct e-application packages due to participating Judges. The virtual interview days begin September 7th and continue until September 10th.

To see the list of participating Judges:
- Select “About the Court” tab, then
- Click “Employment” on the drop-down menu
- Choose “Law Clerk Program” tab
- Scroll to “Application Procedures” and click on the list of Judges currently recruiting
- Submit application packets to one or more participating Judges
APPLICATION MATERIALS SENT IN PDF FORMAT:
- Cover letter
- Resume
- Writing sample of no longer than 10 pages
- J.D. and LL.M. transcripts (if applicable)
- Letters of reference also may be provided but are not required
