ð Check Symplicity for last minute changes to the INTERVIEWERS on your schedule.
ð Check-In at the Registration Table
o Bauer/Knight Hall (2nd Floor – one floor below Starbucks)
o Arrive 15 minutes
prior to your interview.
Leave any extra items you do not need with us. Keep it simple for
interviews.
o Check the door sign to see whether you should knock at your scheduled interview time. If the sign says knock, do so, once at your assigned interview time and wait for the employer to come and get you.
ð Back to Back Interviews are often necessary. Be prepared… Let us know, we can help you manage them.
o If you have back to back interviews, check in at the registration table before your first interview, and we will manage the next interview.
o If you know the interviewer is running 15 minutes behind, let the registration desk know immediately and determine the options.
o If other interviews cause you to be late, go to the interviewer’s location as soon as possible. If the next interview has started, let the registration desk know.
ð Alternates & Open Slots: Constantly check your cell phones and email, alternates can be contacted the day of interviews.
ð Emergencies, Problems or Questions: Interviews may start to run behind and you may need help managing your schedule. You may have a question. You may encounter a last minute issue.
