Early Decision Interview Program (EDIP)

Interview Dates: June 28-July 9

Bidding: OPEN

Deadline: June 15

Apply early, accept early. This unique interview program occurs prior to the traditional interview programs and gives you the opportunity to accept an offer before OCI starts. Employers participating in EDIP are aware that at the time of bidding you may not have all your spring semester grades, as well as your class ranking, they may require you to bring updated materials to your interview. Please create a “grade Sheet” and upload the grades you have in lieu of your transcript. To date, there are 10 participating employers interviewing for 13 cities. Log in to Symplicity today to view and bid!

A few important notes regarding the Early Decision Interview Program:

▪ If an offer is extended, you will have a maximum of 5 days to accept the offer.

▪ You are required to accept an offer, if extended through EDIP.

▪ If offered and accepted a position, you may no longer participate in formal

recruiting, job fairs or direct applications.

▪ Special circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
