Captain Breena Parish (JD’18) will host Quick Counsel tomorrow, Thursday, march 24 @ 12PM CT. Cpt Parish is an active duty Army Judge Advocate stationed at Fort Carson, Colorado. As a national security law attorney at 4th Infantry Division, she advises the staff on issues related to international and operational law, including issues related to Defense Support of Civil Authorities, law of armed conflict, international agreements, rules for the use of force, rules of engagement, intelligence law, cyberspace law, constitutional law, foreign jurisdictional issues, and various other legal issues related to military operations. Captain Parish will be joined by Major David Marold, who is the recruiting office’s point of contact for WashULaw.
