Field of Practice: International Trade/Trade Compliance
Requirement:
We are looking for students from leading law schools in China or in the U.S. LLM students should have an existing LLB degree. The practice will focus on compliance matters related to U.S. and China export controls and trade compliance. Stellar academic credentials and superb English/Mandarin bilingual language skills required. The qualities we are looking for are an international outlook, strong intellect, self-reliance and drive, and the ability to draft well in English. Work experience with a major PRC or international law firm will be an advantage.
