Initial impressions are formed in approximately 1/10th of a second.

In that ridiculously short period of time, we form lasting judgments about attractiveness, likeability, trustworthiness, competence, and aggression. Once we have formed an impression, we will look for evidence to confirm what we believe we already know, rejecting even clear evidence to the contrary. Like it or not, the way you show up in a professional setting matters.

I will show you how to leverage this fact and use it to your advantage by strategically creating your Professional Image in a way that both reflects who you are, and meets employer expectations.
