The Equal Justice Works National Advisory Committee (NAC) provides a great opportunity to become more involved with Equal Justice Works and public interest law on campuses across the country.
NAC members act as Equal Justice Works ambassadors within the law school and legal services communities, provide strategic guidance and assist with the implementation of initiatives. The NAC is comprised of eight law students and eight law school professionals. All 16 members serve staggered two-year terms. The NAC is a great way to better familiarize yourself with Equal Justice Works programs and gives you a chance to be directly involved in the strategic direction of our organization.
If interested in applying to the NAC, you can learn more and apply here. Law school professional applicants can be in positions such as, but not limited to: admissions counselor, financial aid officer, public interest advisor, career advisor, adjunct or full-time faculty member, clinician, alumni coordinator, dean of students, or dean. Student applicants should be 1Ls or 2Ls.
The deadline to apply is Monday, April 15, 2019 at 11:59pm ET.
