Cliff Jenks is Senior Vice President, Corporate and Securities Counsel for Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated (NYSE: RGA). He is responsible for the legal aspects of RGA’s capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and third-party capital activities. Cliff joined RGA in 2011 and held several other positions in the company’s Global Legal Services group before his current role. He also served as Interim Chief Executive Officer of Langhorne Reinsurance (Bermuda) Ltd. in 2017 and 2018.
Prior to RGA, Cliff served as Associate General Counsel for Brown Shoe Company (now Caleres, Inc.) and worked at two law firms. Cliff earned his J..D. from Duke University School of Law. RSVP via Symplicity and we will see you there!
