At Blank Rome, we believe that a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce is critical to first-in-class client service and business excellence. We are committed to a diversity of ideas, backgrounds, and experiences. This commitment drives our inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing
culture, and our investment in our people, clients, and communities.

We established the Blank Rome Diversity Scholars Program (“Blank Rome Scholars” or “BR Scholars” Program) in 2006 as a part of the firm’s priority to recruit, retain, and promote attorneys who add to our overall diversity, with a focus on increasing representation of attorneys from historically
