Milbank Pre-OCI Direct Application
Milbank would like to invite 2Ls to apply directly to Milbank’s 2023 summer program through our website. Beginning on June 1, 2022, students can apply by visiting the “Law Students” section of Milbank’s website and clicking the application link. On the application, you will be asked to provide a resume, transcript, and to identify the specific office(s) that you are interested in. While applications will not be considered complete until we have second semester grades, candidates may still be considered for screening interviews prior to receiving a full transcript. You will have the opportunity to upload your complete 1L transcript to your existing application when it becomes available.
Milbank’s 2L Diversity Scholarship
Milbank would like to encourage qualified students to apply to our 2L Diversity Scholarship starting on June 1, 2022. Reflecting our commitment to a diverse and inclusive workplace filled with the best legal talent, Milbank offers a 2L Diversity Scholarship of $50,000, payable in installments, across our US offices to qualified students. Additional information regarding the 2023 2L Diversity Scholarship is available on Milbank’s website at the following link: https://www.milbank.com/en/careers/law-students/2l-diversity-scholarship.html. Students applying to the 2L Diversity Scholarship do not need to separately apply to the 2023 summer program. If you are not selected for a Diversity Scholarship position, your application will automatically roll over to a general 2L application, provided that is in line with your school’s early interview policies. We will consider candidates on a rolling basis.
