Attending the 2019 1L Employer Showcase Thursday, January 17 @ 5:30pm just might be one of the best decisions you have made so far this year ( yes, we know it is only a few days into January 
). The Career Center will host 70+ employers, both private and public interest from across the country (more details to come) who have come to campus just to meet you. What better way to make a great first impression than by dressing to impress! The dress code for this event is strictly enforced and is business professional. What is business Professional you might ask? Think of business professional as the best version of your professional self — dressier than everyday, but not veering into the party territory of cocktail or black tie. When in doubt, opt for unfussy and simple. Still have questions? see our tips below:
DO’S:
- Dark colored suit (skirt or pants)
- Wear a blazer
- Shoes should be closed toe, clean and in good condition
- Knee length skirt
- Check that the fit is correct
- Minimal Make-up
- Minimal jewelry
- Consider flesh tone hosiery (if wearing)
