The Missouri History Museum will be hosting “The Meaning of McDonnell Douglas Corp. v. Green,” which will be presented by University of Missouri—Columbia law professor Charles Henson. The program will look at both the immediate success and unintended consequences of the case, which came before the Supreme Court in 1973. Percy Green will be at the program, and although he won’t be officially speaking, he’ll be participating in the Q&A. This is a free program.
