What are the benefits of accepting now? The employer wants to be your first (or at least a top) choice. If you are going to accept in the end, set yourself up for a great experience by making the employer feel great also. Once you make a decision, you can start building for your longer term career goals, instead of spending time and energy on the immediate decision and ending up at the same conclusion later.
