WHAT IS THE CLDC?
The Chattanooga Legal Diversity Consortium (CLDC) is a consortium of law firms, companies, and government agencies in the city of Chattanooga working collaboratively to increase diversity in the Chattanooga legal community. The program has attracted law students from over ten (10) law schools from around the nation to experience all that Chattanooga has to offer.

Since the program’s inception, over seven (7) offers for full-time positions have been extended.
PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible, candidates must have a demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity, inclusion, and accessibility. Candidates must have the ability to bring a diverse perspective as a result of adaptability, resilience, and life experiences.
