The 2023 Baker McKenzie & NBLSA Tax Career Mentor Program application is officially live! This is our third year hosting this successful mentor program and we encourage students to apply. The mission of the Baker McKenzie and NBLSA Tax Career Mentor Program is to educate interested NBLSA members about a career in tax law, and simultaneously to dispel the idea that you must have a background or particular interest in tax, math, or accounting to have a successful career in tax law.
Students who are interested in our mentor program should be enrolled in a law school in the US or Canada and be a member of either NBLSA or your respective law school BLSA chapter. The deadline to apply for the 2023 NBLSA Tax Mentor Program is Friday, November 4.
Please submit a resume and a cover letter of 500 words or less. In your cover letter, please tell us why you believe this program is right for you and what you hope to gain by participating.
