3L students, as part of their Pricing Conduct 101 series, the ABA Antitrust Section’s Pricing Conduct Committee will present The Fix Is In! How to Investigate and Litigate Price Fixing Cases. The panel will take place at noon on December 8th and is free for you to attend.

The panel discussion will feature a lawyer from each of the plaintiff’s bar, defense bar, and DOJ, as well as an experienced expert economist, talking about what it’s really like to investigate and litigate price fixing conspiracies. Each panelist will offer first-person insight into the role more junior associates can play on these exciting but sometimes overwhelming cases. Registration is required to get the panel link.
