The 2020 International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Symposium: What Happens Before and After International Arbitration? will be held here at WashU Law on February 21, 2020. Chaired by WashU Law Alum M. Imad Khan, the symposium will address topics relating to the “before” the onset of arbitration, such as negotiations and mediation, as well as enforcement actions after the arbitration.
