Position Description:
Paul, Weiss is building its brand-new Century City office and is searching for superstar 2L candidates to join its 2024 Summer Program. This is a unique opportunity for any law student who wants to do the best deals for the best clients from the West Coast. Associates will work within the finance group, on a wide range of financings, representing private equity firms, portfolio companies and corporate borrowers in the financing aspects of leveraged buyouts and other complex transactions. The role will involve immediate client exposure and interaction, with a close working relationship between partners, associates and summer associates in a collegial environment.

Salary:
Summer associates will be paid at the same rate as first year associates, approximately $4327/week.
