MARK YOUR CALENDAR FOR THE EQUAL JUSTICE WORKS CONFERENCE AND CAREER FAIR! BY CLAIRE O’BRIEN

If you’re interested in pursuing a public interest career, you should plan to attend the unparalleled 2019 Equal Justice Works Career Fair on October 18-19, 2019!

What is it?

The Equal Justice Works Conference and Career Fair is the largest national public interest legal career fair, bringing together more than 200 public interest employers to conduct interviews for full-time positions and internships.

More than 1,400 law students from over 150 law schools attend the conference to participate in workshops and informal “table talk” discussions, receive résumé advice, and network with fellow law students and legal professionals. Additionally, there are opportunities for prescheduled interviews – in 2018, 3,300 interviews were conducted over the course of the two-day event. Students are encouraged to apply and interview with as many organizations as they are interested in. All interviews are 20 minutes long and are conducted in a large ballroom-like setting at the hotel.
