All applicants participating in the summer public interest program will need to complete a 2018-19 FAFSA. The FAFSA takes around 20 minutes to complete. If you have questions, please contact Carrie Burns at cjburns@wustl.edu.
Additionaly, all applicants will need to meet with Human Resources to process the requisite paperwork required by WashU (even if you are employed by the University in another capacity). HR will contact you directly to let you know exactly what type of documentation you will need to bring with you. It will expedite the process if you can also bring a laptop with you. For convenience, HR will come to the CCD to meet with students (no appointment needed) from 12 – 1 pm on the following days:
April 4, 6
April 11, 13
April 18, 20
April 25, 27
May 2, 4
Please be aware that the HR paperwork is required and connecting with the HR professionals must be done in person. You should not leave town before you complete this mandatory process.
If you are an international student, you will first need to visit the law school registrar in Suite 210, then schedule an appointment with OISS before attending one of the HR sessions.
Lastly, please be sure to fill in all fields of the SPIP Application as soon as you have accepted an internship. We will need all fields to be completed, including the name and contact information for your supervisor (if you submitted the application already without this information, please go ahead and fill it out again in its entirety).
